This poem is dedicated to master artists: Richard Henry and Adam Williamson who teach with dedication, joy and passion. They inspired their students and lit hope in their hearts via online classes amidst the long days of the lockdown.
Lonely and fragile void spaces all around
Reminiscing about good glorious tides
The ocean is captured
In the bottleneck of a never-ending dream.
Rain starts with one tiny drop
Language with a simple word
A symphony with a single melody
A journey of a thousand nights with a heartbeat.
Beautiful minds and agile hands of skilful masters: Richard and Adam
Transliterate the language of sacred geometry
Infuse meaning into the veins of form
Amidst a gale of uncertainty
A pattern touches the lives of countless eyes
As it flows from a drawing to the light.
The passionate journey through Profound Patterns
Lit forty moons of “Hope”
Enchantment commence with reciting prayers:
May we see true Beauty through the eye of the soul
May we convey the message of true Beauty to All.
Compassionate breaths of travellers in caravans
Intriguing stars in wonderland
Cordoba, Fez, Cairo, Istanbul, Isfahan, Agra and other destinations
Intersecting infinite paths of Beauty
Reflected to Eternity.
Day after day mentors and apprentices
Embrace the spirit of ancient patterns of wisdom
Unfold rituals of spiral motifs hand in hand
Passion and perseverance make all the difference
The power of traditional arts defies the limits of time.
The magical compass and ruler
The might of a fine line
Revealed veiled faces of twelve golden rectangles
Told unforeseen stories of dynamic squares
At the centre of the virtual world
A dialogue between the East and the West began.
The leaves of a big family tree are breathing
Petals of various shapes and colours interconnected in a cosmos
The same blood running deep through the veins of biomorphic forms
Seeds hastily growing to blooming rosettes
Awakened a spirit of Solidarity.
NEVER Forget!
The aesthetic journey to Divine Patterns’ Land
Profoundly changed Destiny of many humans and more to come
Trace the rich memories of mystical moments
Revive the Platonic solids and all ancient designs
In your quest for Knowledge and beyond.
